As a Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy Of Sports Medicine, Sal believes in the power of self-love, and she guides her clients toward their own wellness journeys by  encouraging them to be their best selves. With a holistic approach to wellness that focuses on movement, clean eating, motivation, and support. Sal helps her clients feel empowered to achieve their goals and create a life of beauty from the inside out.
